Pricing

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation $250 - up to 1 hour

• Psychiatric Follow-up Visit (Medication changes or additions needed/Symptoms worsening) $125 - up to 30 minutes

• Psychiatric Follow-up Visit (No medication changes needed/Stable/No worsening symptoms) $62.50 - up to 15 minutes

Good Faith Estimate of Revisit Frequency for all diagnosis. 

This is only an estimate, subject to your status, preference, provider preference: 

• The first revisit is typically 2 months after your initial appointment.

• If medication changes occur during the visit, a subsequent visit will occur 2 months following the change.

• If stable on present medication, visits occur every 3 months for the continuation of care and medications.

• Subsequent revisits due to a period of instability will be done as needed.

• You may see us more often per your preference.
