We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management via secure video conferencing on SpruceHealth. This includes assessing your mental health, prescribing medications, and monitoring your response.

Yes, medications will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

This practice does not prescribe controlled substances.

We can prescribe non-stimulant/non-controlled medications for the treatment of your ADHD. Due to telemedicine rules, this practice cannot prescribe stimulants (such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin).

Practice policies and consents are due 24 hours after scheduling the appointment or your appointment will be cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The first follow-up visit is typically 2 months after your initial appointment.
If you’re stable on your current medication, visits occur every 3 months to continue care and manage medications.
If medication adjustments or additional support are needed, follow-up visits will be scheduled as necessary.
You’re also welcome to schedule more frequent visits based on your preference.

New appointments are 1 hour.
Follow-up visits for issues or medication changes are 30 minutes.
Medication refill-only visits are 15 minutes.

To cancel an appointment, you can reschedule online at no charge unless it’s within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Please refer to our late cancellation/no-show policy for more details.
You can also message us directly on Spruce or use the IntakeQ link to cancel your appointment.

No-shows and Late Cancellations will be charged $50 for the appointment.
You may leave messages via secure messaging 24 hours per day.
It is the patient’s responsibility to notify Full Moon Psychiatric, LLC of a cancellation at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid the no show fee.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for any appointment, you will need to reschedule. A $50 fee will apply for missed or late-cancelled appointments within 24 hours.
Note: We understand emergencies can happen. If you have an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment or causes a late cancellation, our management team at Full Moon Psychiatric, LLC will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

We only treat Adults, ages 18 or older.

Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive access to our patient portal to sign consents, policies, and provide pertinent history.
We do require a credit card to be on file to charge for co-pays/deductibles/coinsurances, no show fees, and miscellaneous charges.

Once submitted, staff will review the completed documentation to determine if you are eligible for services with this practice.
If you are an insurance patient, your health insurance information provided will be checked for eligibility.
Once eligibility is determined, you will receive an email informing you of the eligibility decision and important information regarding signing up for the Spruce App.
You will additionally receive a link to the patient portal and receive a text/email with the practice policies and consents that need to be completed prior to your visit.
